If you are a new patient to the clinic, you must book a separate consultation appointment with our Independent Nurse Prescriber before booking any anti-wrinkle treatments. It is a legal requirement to see a registered health professional face to face who has prescribing rights on their professional register before any prescriptions can be issued. Please note that all prescription-only medications are non-refundable once dispensed.
For anti-wrinkle treatments, review appointments must be arranged within 2–3 weeks of your initial treatment. Any review booked outside this timeframe will incur an additional charge, payable at the time of booking.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, your prescription will remain valid for three months. After this period, a new prescription will be required.
All treatment courses must be completed within six months of purchase and are strictly non-refundable. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable but may be redeemed against a booked or new appointment. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, subscriptions, skincare products, or model appointments.
