Please note if you are a new patient to the clinic you must book a consultation appointment prior to booking any anti-wrinkle treatments. There must be a 48 hour gap between your consultation and your treatment appointment, please note that all prescription only medications for specific treatments are non refundable. Please note that all anti wrinkle reviews must be booked no later than 2-3 weeks after your initial treatment. If you book after this time there will be an additional charge due on booking.
There are no refunds on gift vouchers purchased, you can however use them towards a booked or new appointment.
